It is soft, cold, creamy, and really refreshing on a hot summer day. I am talking of course about ice cream. You can walk around with it, mixed with milk as a milkshake, or you can have it as a fancy dessert. Ice cream tastes simply wonderful. 

There are many theories as to how we came to have this nice sweet: starting with ice or snow flavored and sweetened, mixing cream or yogurt-like produce with different flavors and then having it frozen. In modern times, the Italians take the credit for having “invented” ice cream how we know it. But some say the French version is better. The only true thing is that it is one of the most liked products of our time. 

For most of the people, the milky version is the best one, but I tend to like the sorbet (water-based) form better. It is more refreshing and not so sweet. The only thing is, it is very hard to choose a flavor from the variety that fills the ice cream parlors, bars, or trucks. What comes to mind when you think about ice cream?
